چکیده
در طول چند دهه اخیر، حرکت در مسیر رشد و توسعه پایدار از اهداف کشورهای در حال توسعه میباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه پایدار ورزش کشور بود. در پژوهش حاضر از پارادایم پژوهش کیفی و از بین روشهای مختلف کیفی از روش شبکه مضامین استفاده شد. جمعآوری دادهها از نوع مصاحبه نیمهساختارمند در سال 1402 بود. جامعه آماری کلیه صاحبنظران و خبرگان ورزش کشور بودند که از این بین 13 نفر صاحب نظر در حوزه تربیت بدنی به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. دادهها بوسیله نرمافزار مکسکیودا تجزیه و تحلیل شد و نتایج مشخص کرد که 9 مضمون به عنوان مضامین فراگیر، شامل بسترهای فنی و بسترهای مدیریتی (ساز و کار پیشایندی)، مدیریت ارتباطات، مدیریت اکوسیستمها و مدیریت رویدادهای ورزشی (فرایندهای ایجاد پایداری)،عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل فرهنگی و عوامل زیست محیطی (پیامدهای پایداری در ورزش) میباشند، بعنوان عوامل موثر بر توسعه پایدار ورزش در ایران وجود دارد. درنتیجه از آنجایی که نمونه پژوهش شامل متخصصان و نخبگان ورزشی در تخصصهای مختلف بود، میتوان نتایج بدست آمده را بسیار مفید و کاربردی دانست و آن را سرلوحه فعالیتهای توسعه پایدار در ورزش کشور قرار داد.
