چکیده
تحقیق پیش رو با هدف شناسایی عوامل توانمندسازی کارکنان هیاتهای ورزش استان های ایران انجام گرفت.
روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه روسای هیات های ورزشی کشور که دارای تحصیلات کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر در رشته مدیریت ورزشی بودند تشکیل می داد که با توجه به اطلاعات کسب شده از فدراسیون ها، تعداد 189 نفر برآورد گردید و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری کل شمار جامعه برابر با نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند که 167 نفر از ایشان در پژوهش مشارکت نمودند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که برای تعیین روایی محتوا و صوری پرسشنامه برای 15 تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی که به نوعی سابقه مسئولیت در فدراسیون های ورزشی داشتند ارسال شد که به تایید آنها رسید. برای روایی سازه نیز از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز در یک مطالعه مقدماتی بر روی 30 نفر از اعضای جامعه و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ به میزان (92/0) تائید شد. برای روایی سازه پرسشنامه از روایی ملاک استفاده شد. در نهایت به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای گردآوریشده از آزمون بارتلت و KMO تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی با کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 استفاده شد.
یافته ها نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر توانمندسازی کارکنان هیاتهای ورزشی استان های ایران متشکل از 6 عامل آموزش شغلی، غنی سازی شغلی، تفویض اختیار، انگیزه های فردی، مدیریت مشارکتی و نگرش شغلی می باشند که مقتضی است در قالب برنامه های ابلاغی و سیاست های اجرایی برای توانمندی کارکنان هیات های استانی توسط ادارات کل و فدراسیون های ورزشی استفاده شود.
