چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی راهبرد های پیاده سازی رویکرد استارت آپ ناب در شرکت های نوپای ورزشی در ایران می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ نتیجه، اکتشافی و از نظر روش اجرا، توصیفی-پیمایشی بر اساس رویکرد استقرایی-قیاسی و راهبرد آن آمیخته کیفی-کمی است. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته عمیق و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با اعتبار تایید شده بود. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کیفی، 20 نفر از اساتید و خبرگان منتخب به روش هدفمند قضاوتی این حوزه و در بخش کمی317 نفر از افراد شاغل و آکاه شرکت های نوپای ورزشی منتخب به صورت تصادفی-طبقه ای بر اساس جدول کِرِجسی مورگان بودند. در بخش کیفی برای شناسایی عوامل موثر از روش نظام مند و برای پیاده سازی مصاحبه ها از نرم افزار MAXQDA 2022 و در بخش کمی برای اولویت بندی مولفه ها و پرداختن به روابط متغیرها، از آزمون های فریدمن، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS v-29 استفاده شد. نتایچ نشان داد که راهبرد های پیاده سازی رویکرد استارت آپ ناب با همراهی 6 مقوله به ترتیب شامل راهبرد توسعه محصول/ خدمات جدید با رتبه 10/12، راهبرد بهبود مستمر با رتبه 30/5 و راهبرد یادگیری سازمانی با رتبه 20/4، اولویت های اول تا سوم و در ادامه راهبرد همسویی استراتژیک درون صنعتی، راهبرد بازارگرایی و راهبرد فرآیندی به ترتیب بیشترین وکمترین اولویت های بعدی را در بین متغیرهای مورد بررسی به خود اختصاص داده اند.
