چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل مسیر موفقیت مدرسین فوتبال ایرانی در دورههای آموزشی بینالمللی مربیگری انجام شد تا عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در این حوزه شناسایی شود.
روش: پژوهش از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) و توسعهای میدانی بود. در بخش کیفی، با رویکرد نظریه زمینهای، 15 خبره از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، 260 مدرس و مربی بینالمللی فوتبال با نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای ساده بررسی شدند. دادهها با پرسشنامه محققساخته جمعآوری و روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شد.
یافتهها: مدل مسیر موفقیت شامل سه بعد اصلی است: شایستگی فنی (دانش فنی، تجربه، یادگیری مستمر)، مهارتهای بینفردی (رهبری، درک فرهنگی، ارتباط مؤثر) و محیط حمایتکننده (زیرساختها، شبکهسازی، تعهد). این ابعاد بهعنوان ارکان اساسی موفقیت شناسایی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: موفقیت مدرسین فوتبال ایرانی در دورههای بینالمللی مربیگری نیازمند تقویت شایستگی فنی، مهارتهای بینفردی و ایجاد محیط حمایتکننده است. فقدان هر یک از این ارکان میتواند دستیابی به اهداف را با چالش مواجه کند. این مدل میتواند راهنمایی برای سیاستگذاران و مربیان جهت ارتقای سطح مربیگری فوتبال ایران باشد
