چکیده
هدف از انجام این پژوهش تحلیل وضعیت انتصاب و عملکرد دانش آموختگان تربیت بدنی در پستهای مدیریتی ورزش کشور در دولتهای نهم و دهم بود. روش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی میباشد. در این پژوهش برای جمع آوری دادهها از مصاحبه (به روش دلفی) و پرسشنامه استفاده شد. در این پژوهش برای قابلیت روایی پرسشنامه با اساتید و خبرگان مشورت و جهت تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ ضریب 84/0 به دست آمد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران وزارت ورزش، مدیران کل تربیت بدنی استانها، مربیان و ورزشکاران بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنف، تی تک نمونه و فریدمن استفاده گردید. در این پژوهش ویژگی های فردی دانش آموختگان جهت انتصاب پست های مدیریتی کشور بدست آمد و همچنین مشخص شد مهارت های فنی و انسانی در دانش آموختگان تربیت بدنی در پستهای مدیریتی ورزش کشور در دولت نهم و دهم مورد تایید بوده و از طرفی دانش آموختگان فاقد مهارت ادارکی بوده اند. همچنین مولفه های تحصیلات، توان فیزیکی و توان ذهنی که از عوامل مربوط به تواناییهای دانش آموختگان می باشد، مورد تایید قرار گرفت و از طرفی عامل تجربیات مورد تایید قرار نگرفت.

چکیده [English]
The aim of this study is to analyze the status of the appointment and performance of graduates of physical education in sports management posts in the ninth and tenth governments. The research method is analytical and the practical purpose. In this study, to collect data from interviews (Delphi) questionnaires were used. In this study, the validity of professors and experts consulted to determine reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 84/0. The statistical population consists of all the directors of the Research Department of physical education, sports administrators and coaches and athletes of the province in connection with the field of study, service administrators receive, in total, according to statistics that were 250 people who identified as all the myriad of they were sampling To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-test and Friedman's analysis of variance was used. In this study, individual characteristics of the graduates for appointment of managerial post came as the country was characterized by technical and human skills of graduates of physical education in the country in the State sports administration posts ninth and tenth had been confirmed and recent graduates lack the skills have been Perceptual. Also, the component of education, physical and mental, that can be of factors related to the abilities of graduates was confirmed, and the experiences of the agent were confirmed.
