چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین جوّ سازمانی و مشارکت معلمان تربیت بدنی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدرسه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان تربیت بدنی مقاطع تحصیلی ابتدایی، متوسطه اول و متوسطه دوم شهرستان اراک بودند (189 نفر) که بر اساس جدول برآورد حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان، 128 نفر از آنها به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه-های استاندارد جوّ سازمانی تعدیل شده لیتوین و استرینجر (1986) و مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری لامبرت و هوگان (2009) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از رگرسیون گام به گام در بسته نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 23 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که جوّ سازمانی مدارس مورد مطالعه و مشارکت معلمان تربیت بدنی در تصمیم گیری‌های مدرسه در حد متوسط بود. همچنین، بین جوّ سازمانی و مشارکت معلمان در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدرسه رابطه آماری معناداری وجود داشت. بعلاوه، به ترتیب خرده مقیاس‌های ساختار، پاداش، برخورد و ضوابط بر مشارکت معلمان تربیت بدنی در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدارس تاثیر داشتند. به نظر می-رسد بهبود این خرده مقیاس‌ها بتواند زمینه مشارکت بیشتر این دسته از معلمان در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدرسه را بوجود آورد بطوریکه از توانمندی-های آنها نیز برای دستیابی به اهداف مدارس استفاده شود.

The purpose of this research was studying relationship between organizational climate and participation of physical education teachers' in Arak school’s decision Makings. The statistical population was elementary, middle and high school’s physical education teachers in Arak (189 teacher’s) which based on Krejcy and Morgan’ table, 128 teachers’ by stratified random sampling were selected as samples. To collect the data, organizational climate Litwin and Stringer (1986) and Lambert's and Hogan participation in decision making (2009) questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by using stepwise regression in SPSS23 software. The results showed that organizational climate and participation of physical education teachers' in school’s decision making was in moderate rate. Also, there was relationship between organizational climate and participation of physical education teacher’s in school’s decision Makings. In addition, sub-scales such as structure, reward, conflict and standards had influence on participation in decision making. It seems, improving these sub-scales can be enhancing participation of physical education teacher’s in school’s decision Makings so that used to capabilities of them for achieve of schools aims.
