اثر استحکام ذهنی بر مهارتهای مدیریتی، خود مدیریتی و کارآمدی عملکردی مدیران ورزشی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش بررسی اثر استحکام ذهنی بر مهارت های مدیریتی، خود مدیریتی و کارآمدی عملکردی مدیران سازمانهای ورزشی بود. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بوده که به روش همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری کلیۀ مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی بودند. از آنجا که اطلاع دقیقی از تعداد جامعه برآورد نگردید، لذا سقف نمونه آماری بر ‌اساس فرمول کوکران معادل 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنا‌مه‌های استحکام ذهنی کوباسا(1979)، مهارتهای مدیریتی نظری(2016)، خود مدیریتی هاوثون و نک(2000) و کارآمدی هسو(2002) استفاده گردید. تعداد 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی روایی صوری و محتوایی ابزارهای اندازه گیری را تائید نمودند. برای سنجش پایایی، پس از انجام مطالعات مقدماتی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب(89/0، 91/0، 95/0 و 89/0) برای پرسشنامه ها بدست آمد. کلیه داده ها با استفاده از بسته نرم افزار آماری علوم اجتماعی نسخه 22 و نرم افزار لیزرل نسخه 54/8 تحلیل شد. نتابج تحلیل مدل اندازه گیری تحلیل مسیر اثر استحکام ذهنی مدیران ورزشی بر مهارتهای مدیریتی(03/0P=)، مهارتهای مدیریتی و خود مدیریتی (019/0P=)، خودمدیریتی و کارآمدی عملکردی در سطح (04/0P=) معنادار می باشد. شاید بتوان اذعان نمود مدیران با استحکام ذهنی بالا و برخورداری از مهارتهای مدیریتی در محیطی که در آن کار می کنند یا نتایجی که حاصل می شوند، می توانند در سازمان منجر به ایجاد تغییرات بنیادی شوند، از این رو توجه مدیران ارشد در فرایند انتصابات و انتخابها بر لزوم دارا بودن استحکام ذهنی، مهارتهای بنیادی مدیریتی مدیران ورزشی می بایست تاکید ویژه ای داشته باشند.
