چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل رگرسیونی سلامت سازمانی و رضایت شغلی با فرسودگی شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان تهران بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ تهران به تعداد 1500 نفر بود ﮐﻪ 320 نفر از آن‌ها به طور تصادفی ﺑه عنوان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ تحقیق اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی هوی و همکاران(1996)، پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مزلچ و جکسون (1985) و پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا (2000) استفاده شده است. پایایی هر سه پرسشنامه در یک آزمون مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 82/0، 85/0 و 79/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله کلموگروف – اسمیرنف و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین سلامت سازمانی و فرسودگی شغلی معلمان تربییت بدنی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد، بین سلامت سازمانی و رضایت شغلی معلمان تربییت بدنی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین رضایت شغلی و فرسودگی شغی معلامان تربیت بدنی رابطه معکوس معناداری وجود دارد.
