چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت دانش با چابکی سازمانی در هیئت های ورزشی استان آذربایجان غربی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 600 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان هیئت های ورزشی استان آذربایجان غربی بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان 234 نفر به طور تصادفی طبقه ای برای نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های یادگیری سازمانی گومز و همکاران 2005، مدیریت دانش لاوسون 2003 و چابکی سازمانی حسن جرفی 1392 استفاده شد. روایی هر سه پرسشنامه به تأیید 15 تن از متخصصان رسید و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 91/0 ، 84/0 و 92/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله میانگین، انحراف معیار، کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، رگرسیون تک متغیری با کمک نرم افزارSPSS20 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ارتباط مثبت معناداری بین یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت دانش با چابکی سازمانی وجود دارد.. همچنین یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت دانش هیئت های ورزشی استان آذربایجان غربی قابلیت پیش بینی 67 درصد چابکی سازمانی هیئت های ورزشی استان آذربایجان غربی را دارند.
