چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیر چابکی سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی سرمایه فکری در میان کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان‌های غرب کشور با ارایه یک مدل انجام گرفته است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان (کرمانشاه، کردستان، همدان، لرستان و ایلام) تشکیل دادند ( 453 نفر) که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 284 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمایه فکری بونتیس (1996)، چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانگ (2001) و عملکرد سازمانی یانگ و همکاران (2004) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تأیید گردید و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد چابکی سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معنادار 59 درصدی بر عملکرد سازمانی داشت. سرمایه فکری نیز به عنوان متغیر میانجی تاثیر 45 درصدی بر عملکرد داشت و میزان اثر چابکی سازمانی بر سرمایه فکری هم 71 درصد گزارش گردید که بیشترین میزان اثر را در مدل پژوهش داشت. همچنین شاخص‌های مدل پژوهش نیز از برازش مناسب برخوردار بود و مدل پژوهش تایید را کرد. این یافته‌ها بیان کننده این موضوع است که در ادارات ورزش و جوانان، مدیران ارشد می‌توانند با فراهم آوردن بسترهای لازم برای جریان چابک‌سازی و سرمایه فکری، عملکرد بهتری در سطح سازمانی به دست آورند.
