چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول گرا بر  بهره وری نیروی انسانی با توجه به نقش میانجی توانمندسازی روانشناختی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام گرفت. نمونه ی آماری پژوهش حاضر را 308 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان تشکیل می دهند. این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه بهره وری نیروی انسانی هرسی و گلد اسمیت (1980)، رهبری تحول گرا باس (2003) و پرسش نامه توانمندسازی روانشناختی اسپریتزر (1995) استفاده شد که روایی و پایایی آن ها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی و آزمون فرضیه ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رهبری تحول گرا بر توانمندسازی روانشناختی و بهره وری نیروی انسانی اثر مثبت دارد. همچنین توانمندسازی روانشناختی بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی اثر مثبت داشته و در رابطه بین رهبری تحول گرا و   بهره وری نیروی انسانی نقش میانجی جزئی دارد. بنابراین رهبری تحول گرا و توانمندسازی روانشناختی و ابعاد آن ها   می توانند عوامل موثری در جهت بهبود بهره وری نیروی انسانی باشند.
