چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر کیفیت زندگی کاری بر فلات شغلی و بی تفاوتی سازمانی کارکنان کمیته ملی المپیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود.. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، تمام کارمندان اداری کمیته ملی المپیک (88N=) بودند و نمونه به صورت کل شمار در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه های استاندارد کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973)، بی تفاوتی سازمانی دانایی فرد و همکاران (1385) و پرسشنامه فلات شغلی دونالد آلفرد (2008) بود که پایایی آن ها به ترتیب 87/0، 93/0 و 75/0 تعیین شد. برای روایی صوری و محتوایی از نظر خبرگان و برای روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها و برازش مدل از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار PLS Smart استفاده شد.. یافته ها نشان داد، کیفیت زندگی بر دو متغیر فلات شغلی و بی تفاوتی سازمانی کارکنان تأثیر منفی و معکوسی دارد همچنین فلات شغلی بر بی تفاوتی سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی دارد. در خصوص نقش میانجگری فلات شغلی بین دو متغیر کیفیت زندگی و بی تفاوتی سازمانی با توجه به معنادار بودن مسیرها می توان فلات شغلی را یک متغیر میانجی جزئی بین دو متغیر نامید. همچنین شاخص برازش مدل تدوین شده 740/0=GOF گزارش شد و مدل به عنوان مدلی قوی برازش گردید. با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد می شود که سازمان ها از طریق بهبود برنامه های کیفیت زندگی کاری، شرایط را برای کاهش بی تفاوتی و فلات شغلی کارکنان در سازمان فراهم کنند.
