چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین سیرت نیکوی مدیران و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با نقش میانجی جوّاخلاقی سازمانی در کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان ایلام بود. روش تحقیق پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعه آماری کارکنان ادارت ورزش و جوانان استان ایلام به تعداد146 نفر در سال 1397 بودند. به دلیل محدودیت جامعه ، نمونه به صورت کل شمار برابر با جامعه آماری یعنی 146 نفر در نظر گرفته شد و در مجموع 101 پرسشنامه به محقق برگشت داده شد. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامههای سیرت نیکو نصراصفهانی (1391)، رفتارشهروندی سازمانی پودساکوف و همکاران (1990) و جوّاخلاقی سازمانی ویکتور و کولن (1987- 1988) استفاده شد. روایی هر سه پرسشنامه به تایید اساتید متخصص رسید و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 90/0، 85/0 79/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارPLS SMATR- وSpss16 استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین سیرت نیکوی مدیران و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان با نقش میانجی جوّاخلاقی سازمانی وجود دارد. از این رو سیرت نیکوی مدیران و جوّاخلاقی مناسب در سازمانهای ورزشی، میتواند سیاستها و راهبردهای تشویقی مناسبی درجهت شکوفاتر شدن رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی در کارکنان ایجاد کند.
