چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی بر بدبینی سازمانی معلمان تربیتبدنی شهر تهران با توجه به نقش میانجی فضیلت سازمانی بود. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده که به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی معلمان تربیتبدنی مدارس شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به روش خوشهای تصادفی 306 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی فروتنی و بحرانی (1396)، فضیلت سازمانی کمرون و همکاران (2008) و بدبینی سازمانی دین و همکاران (1998) استفاده شد. در تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی برای طبقهبندی دادهها و در آزموهای تحقیق از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون در نرمافزار SPSS و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار AMOS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند بین مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی و فضیلت سازمانی با بدبینی سازمانی رابطه منفی معناداری و بین مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی و فضیلت سازمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. بر اساس نتایج مدل تحقیق مشخص شد که مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی بر بدبینی سازمانی و فضیلت سازمانی بر بدبینی سازمانی اثر منفی معناداری و مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی بر فضیلت سازمانی اثر مثبت معناداری داشتند. همچنین مشاهده شد که فضیلت سازمانی در ارتباط بین مدیریت مبتنی بر کرامت انسانی و بدبینی سازمانی نقش تعدیل کننده دارد.
