چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگویی برای تغییر رفتار مدیران ورزش دانشآموزی جهت اجرای برنامههای راهبردی با تلفبق کارت امتیازی متوازن و شش سیگما بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و مطالعات تطبیقی بود که به صورت کیفی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش متخصصین آشنا به کارت امتیازی متوازن و شش سیگما، مدیران ورزش دانشآموزی، مقالات و مطالعات موجود در حوزه کارت امتیازی متوازن، شش سیگما و تلفیق این دو ابزار با یکدیگر به تعداد نامشخص بود. تعداد 20 متخصص با روش گلولۀ برفی و تعداد 30 مقاله و پژوهش به طور هدفمند به عنوان نمونۀ تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از مصاحبه، مطالعه و تطبیق دادهها استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها به صورت کیفی و استقرایی انجام شد که با انجام مصاحبه و مطالعه مقالات و پژوهشها، اطلاعات مورد نیاز به اشباع نظری رسید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، برای تغییر رفتار مدیران ورزش دانشآموزی جهت اجرای برنامههای راهبردی در ورزش دانش آموزی با تلفیق کارت امتیازی متوازن و شش سیگما ضروری است مدیران از الگویی استفاده کنند که در آن مواردی مانند مأموریت، راهبردها، منظرها، اهداف استراتژیک، سنجهها، اهداف کمی، پروژههای غیر شش سیگما، پروژههای شش سیگما و برنامههای عملیاتی، اقدامات و ابتکارات و چرخه بهبود وجود داشته باشد.
