اثر ادراک منزلت اجتماعی بر اشتیاق شغلی معلّمان تربیت‌بدنی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی اثر منزلت اجتماعی بر شاخص‌های اشتیاق شغلی در بین معلّمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر کرمانشاه بود. جامعه آماری معلّمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و حجم نمونه 218 نفر بود.
شرکت‌کنندگان پرسش‌نامه‌ منزلت اجتماعی و مقیاس اشتیاق شغلی معلّمان را تکمیل نمودند. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده گردید. روایی و پایایی مدل اندازه‌گیری تأیید شد. نتایج آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای نشان داد منزلت اجتماعی (60/0 ± 71/2) و اشتیاق شغلی (49/0 ± 36/2) در جامعه مورد مطالعه پایین‌تر از حدّ متوسط بود. همچنین بین معلّمان زن و مرد تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد. مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که منزلت اجتماعی اثرات مثبتی بر اشتیاق شغلی دارد (71/0β=) دارد، به علاوه منزلت اجتماعی 50/0 از واریانس اشتیاق شغلی معلّمان تربیت‌بدنی را تبیین نمود. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه اهمیّت توجّه به منزلت معلّمان را نشان و آن را به منزلۀ عاملی برای ارتقای اشتیاق شغلی در مدرسه مطرح می‌کند.
