چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل فضیلت سازمانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی بود. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور بودند که نمونه آماری به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران (14 نفر)، تائید شد. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (83/0) و پایایی ترکیبی تأیید شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی برازش مدل از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار LISREL-SPSS24 استفاده‌شده است. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد ساختار سازمانی (76/0)، عدالت سازمانی (74/0)، اخلاق کاری (72/0)، معنویت در کار (73/0)، سرمایه روان‌شناختی (69/0)، هوش معنوی (75/0)، کیفیت روابط (91/0)، سرمایه‌گذاری آموزشی (92/0)، نظم و انضباط (90/0)، فضایل اخلاقی (91/0)، بهزیستی رفتاری (80/0)، شایستگی اجتماعی (96/0) و رفتار شهروندی (92/0) نقش معنی‌داری در تبیین سازه فضلیت سازمانی داشتند. به‌صورت کلی بر اساس مدل می‌توان گفت که ادارات ورزش و جوانان، با تأکید بر نظم و انضباط فردی و سازمانی، توجه ویژه به برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی، اقدام در جهت ارتقا شایستگی‌های اجتماعی و بهبود فضایل اخلاقی می‌توانند گام مؤثری در جهت ترویج هرچه بهتر فضیلت سازمانی خود بردارند.
