چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی در بهره وری کارکنان دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران با نقش میانجی آوای سازمانی انجام گردید. روش پژوهش توصیفی –همبستگی و از نظر نتیجه کاربردی، با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جامعه آماری کارکنان دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران (9451 نفر) در سال 1397 می باشند، که 594 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند و از طریق نمونه گیری احتمالی به روش طبقه ای نسبتی 538 پرسشنامه قابل بررسی تشخیص داده شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های بهره وری نیروی انسانی هرسی و گلداسمیت (1980)، آوای سازمانی هامس(2012) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی کارکنان بود روایی صوری و محتوایی با نظر 12 نفر از خبرگان و روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی انجام شد. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب بهره وری 857/0 آوای سازمانی 829/0و انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی 772/0 محاسبه گردید. برای ورود و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار های Smart-PlS و SPSS استفاده شد. نتیجه نشان داد انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی و آوای سازمانی با بهره وری رابطه دارند و 38 درصد از شدت اثر انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی بر بهره وری از طریق متغیر میانجی آوای سازمانی تبیین می شود همچنین شاخص برازش مدل GOF با 34/0 حاکی از برازش متوسط رو به بالای مدل می باشد. .
