چکیده

لازمه پیشرفت جوامع درحال توسعه، توجه ویژه به‌رسالت خطیر آموزش جهت تأمین نیازهای کنونی و آتی بارعایت اقتضائات آموزشی به‌روز آنهاست. موضوع تحقیق؛ طراحی الگوی ارتقای بالندگی حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی بر اساس گراند تئوری با ماهیت اکتشافی- بنیادی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش بصورت کیفی بود و براساس نظریه داده بنیاد بارویکرد استراوس و کوربین که مشتمل بر کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی است، به‌طراحی مدل پارادایمی بالندگی حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی می‌پردازد. جامعه آماری کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی برتر یا منتخب استان‌ها (بر اساس سوابق خدمتی و تجربیات آموزش موفق، عضو گروه‌های آموزشی)،اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان رشته علوم ورزشی، متخصصان و کارشناسان حوزه ستادی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش 500 نفر بودند. در نمونه آماری به شیوه اشباع نظری و رعایت حد اشباع از نظرهای 36 نفر از افراد نخبه و متخصص نمونه تحقیق استفاده شد. ابزار مورد استفاده مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. خروجی پژوهش مدل پارادایمی بررسی عوامل توسعه ارتقای بالندگی حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی بود که از شرایط علی، مقوله محوری، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها تشکیل شده است. موارد مذکور از کدهایی در مرحله اول کدگذاری؛ یعنی کدگذاری باز در چند مفهوم نظیر کاریزما و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، اخلاق حرفه‌ای، سواد شناختی، شایستگی مهارتی ورزشی، شرایط محیط یادگیری و نهایتاً صلاحیت قانونی-حقوقی به‌دست‌آمدند. همچنین در مرحله دوم کدگذاری نیز، کدگذاری محوری با مقوله محوری بالندگی حرفه‌ای و سطوح فرعی نظیر مهارت‌های عملکردی-رفتاری، شغلی و جانبی شناسایی شد. در پایان مشخص شد که نتیجه اجرای راهبردهای تحقیق حاضر در سه سطح تخصصی، حرفه‌ای و عمومی، باعث بالندگی حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی و مشخصاً استقرار نظام توانمند یاددهی و یادگیری ورزش در محیط آموزشی و هویت بخشی به درس تربیت‌بدنی می‌شود.
