چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل مسئولیت اجتماعی سلبریتیهای ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر آمیخته اکتشافی (ترکیبی از روش کیفی و کمی) بود. در مرحله کیفی، از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان آگاه از موضوع، گونههای مسئولیت اجتماعی سلبریتیهای ورزشی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و تکنیک دلفی در قالب 53 عامل و 8 مولفه شناسایی و دستهبندی شدند. در مرحله کمی عوامل شناسایی شده در قالب پرسشنامه پنج ارزشی لیکرت تنظیم شدند و در اختیار نمونه آماری (سلبریتی های ورزشی) به تعداد 278 نفر قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که مدل مسئولیت اجتماعی سلبریتی های ورزشی شامل مسئولیت اجتماعی، مسئولیت بشردوستی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت قانونی، مسئولیت زیست محیطی، مسئولیت فرهنگی، مسئولیت اقتصادی و مسئولیت سیاسی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بودند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که با توجه به معروفیتی که سلبریتیهای ورزشی در سطح جامعه دارند و به عنوان الگو در بخش زیادی از جامعه مطرح هستند و از دامنه نفوذ اجتماعی قابل توجهی نیز برخوردارند، مسئولیتپذیری آنها در حوزههای مختلف اجتماعی، اقتصادی، بشردوستانه، زیست محیطی و غیره… باعث خواهد شد تا شرایط بسیار مناسبی برای جامعه ایجاد شود، و جامعه به سمت توسعه پایدار حرکت کند.
