چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثر توانمند‌سازی ساختاری بر تعهد حرفه‌ای داوران لیگ‌ برتر فوتبال مردان و زنان ایران با میانجی‌گری ویژگی‌های شغلی بود. تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس شیوه‌ی گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل 185 نفر داور (130 مرد و 55 زن) بود که همه آنها به نمونه‌ی تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گرد‌آوری داده‌ها شامل ترکیب پرسشنامه‌ی توانمندسازی ساختاری کردنائیج و همکاران (1394) و کانتر (1993)، پرسشنامه‌ی تعهد حرفه‌ای آرانیا و همکاران (1999) و ویژگی‌های شغلی جاکو (2004) بود. سوالات این سه پرسشنامه 46 عدد در مقیاس 5 ارزشی لیکرت بود. 10 نفر از متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی و کارشناسان داوری، روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش‌نامه ها را تایید کردند. روایی همگرا و واگرا از طریق شاخص فورنل و لارکر تایید شد. پایایی ترکیبی هر سه پرسش‌نامه به‌ترتیب 92/0، 89/0 و 84/0 و پایایی کل پرسش‌نامه نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 85 % بدست آمد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد.
بر طبق نتایج، فقط اثر توانمند‌سازی ساختاری بر تعهد حرفه‌ای 875/1T-Value= و 129/0- = ß منفی و غیر‌معنی‌دار بود. اما اثر توانمند‌سازی ساختاری بر ویژگی‌های شغلی671/5T-Value=، اثر ویژگی‌های شغلی بر تعهد حرفه‌ای 708/6T-Value= و اثر توانمندسازی ساختاری بر تعهد حرفه‌ای با میانجی‌گری ویژگی‌های شغلی 549/4T-Value=) مثبت و معنی‌دار گزارش شدند. همچنین تسهیم اطلاعات در بین ابعاد توانمندسازی ساختاری، دلبستگی در بین ابعاد تعهد حرفه‌ای و تنوع مهارت در بین ویژگی-های شغلی، بالاترین میانگین‌ها را به خود اختصاص داد.
