چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگو و تدوین شاخص های استعداد یابی در رشته بسکتبال بر اساس پارامتر های رفتاری و روانشناختی بود. روش پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) بود. نمونه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی (نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند) تا اشباع نظری داده‌ها شامل 21 نفر از بالاترین سطح مربیان، کارشناسان بسکتبال و متخصصان استعدادیابی و در بخش کمی (صورت تصادفی) شامل 242 نفر از مربیان بسکتبال بین‌المللی (فیبا) (7 نفر)، درجه 1 (60 نفر) و درجه 2 (175 نفر) بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه عمیق و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی مصاحبه و پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خواهی از متخصصان، توافق دو کدگذار، روایی همگرا، آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت. در نتیجه تحلیل اولیه مصاحبه‌ها از طریق کدگذاری باز 10 مقوله، 30 زیر مقوله و 101 مفهوم کلیدی از متن مصاحبه‌ها استخراج و در نهایت منجر به ارائه مدل مفهومی با 9 مقوله و 33 زیر مقوله شد. آزمون پارامترهای استعدادیابی در رشته بسکتبال مستخرج از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه دوم نشان پارامترهای فیزیولوژیک (79/0=β)، روانشناختی (49/0=β) از اهمیت برخورداند. همچنین، آزمون مدل مفهمومی با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که از میان سازه‌های مستخرج از بخش کیفی به ترتیب فرهنگ سازی (35/0=β، 01/0=P)، مراکز استعدادیابی (23/0=β، 02/0=P)، وضعیت اقتصادی (22/0=β، 02/0=P) و مدیریت (13/0=β، 03/0=P) بیشترین نقش را در استعدادیابی در رشته بسکتبال دارند.
