چکیده

نگرش‌ شغلی، مفهومی چندبعدی است که تصورات مثبت و منفی فرد را درباره شغل، روابط بین فردی و محیط کاری‌ نشان‌می‌دهد ؛ و وجود نگرش شغلی مثبت در کسب موفقیت‌های فردی و سازمانی بسیار مهم است. براین اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر سه نوع نگرش شغلی وظیفه محور، نگرش شغلی سازمان محور و نگرش شغلی اجتماع محور بر اثربخشی فرآیندهای مهم سازمانی بود. این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی به صورت میدانی انجام‌گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان گیلان بودند(180نفر) که 118 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سطوح نگرش شغلی و پرسشنامه استاندارد اثربخشی فرآیندهای سازمانی هسو (2002) و چلادورای و هاجرتی (1987)، توسط 10نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن‌ها نیز به‌وسیله آلفای‌کرونباخ به ترتیب (94/0α=) و (95/0α=) تایید شد. مدل‌سازی روابط بین متغیرها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smart-pls نشان داد نگرش کارکنان نسبت به سازمان (61/0+ = B؛ 90/8 = t) و سپس نگرش مبتنی بر افراد (34/0+ = B؛ 05/6 = t) در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان گیلان تأثیر مستقیم و معنی‌داری بر اثربخشی فرآیندهای سازمانی دارد. به‌طورکلی، نتایج پژوهش بیان کرد تعهد عاطفی و هنجاری(نگرش به سازمان) و حمایت همکار و رضایت از همکار و مدیر(نگرش به افراد)، پیش بینی قدرتمندی از اثربخشی فرآنیدهای سازمانی را فراهم می‌کند. بنابراین، نگرش مثبت نسبت به سازمان و افراد در کارکنان بیشتر از نگرش مثبت به خود شغل یا وظیفه می‌تواند سبب اثربخشی شود.
