چکیده

در دنیای بی‌ثبات، غیر قطعی؛ پیچیده و مبهم امروزی و با وجود شگفتی‌سازهایی با احتمال وقوع کم و تأثیر بسیار زیاد که به تغییرات غیرقابل پیش‌بینی منجر می‌گردند، ورزش ایران نیازمند مدیرانی است که با استفاده از رفتارهای ذاتی و اکتسابی از پسِ تحلیل محیطِ پر از نوسان برآیند و در زمان مناسب، رفتار مناسب بروز دهند و استراتژی‌های درستی را اتخاذ نمایند. هدف این مقاله، تجزیه و تحلیل رفتار مدیران ‌ارشد ورزش ایران و پرکردن شکاف در درک ما از شناخت انواع رفتار در بین مدیران ارشد در سازمان‌های منتخبِ ورزش تربیتی، همگانی، قهرمانی و حرفه‌ای، بصورت مجزّا است . این امر توسط یک آزمایش رفتاری با تکنیک تحلیل بازیگران و بوسیلۀ ابزار شبیه‌سازی برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک به نام مک‌تور انجام گردید. داده‌ها از طریق مشاهدۀ مشارکتی، جمع‌آوری شدند؛ با انتخاب هدفمند، 11 نفر از خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی و 24 نفر از افراد شاغل یا آشنا به 12 سازمان‌ مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، در این آزمایش رفتاری مشارکت نموده و ماتریس‌های بازیگر–بازیگر و بازیگر–اهداف را تکمیل نمودند. همگرایی و واگرایی بازیگران و اهداف، با نرم‌افزار مک‌تور مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رفتارهای سیاسی، مرشدانه و حمایتی، رفتارهای قالب مدیران ارشد ورزش ایران می‌باشند. به نظر می‌رسد مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی می‌توانند بر اساس تجربیات گذشته، تغییرات مثبتی در رفتار آینده خود ایجاد نمایند ولی تغییرات پی‌در‌پی در این سازمان‌ها، باعث از دست دادن این فرصت می‌گردد.
