چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین سبک رهبری تحولی مدیران با سبک تفکر کارکنان با هدف کارآفرینی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان سیستان و بلوچستانبود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی می‌باشد که به شکل میدانی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مدیران و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان سیستان و بلوچستان به تعداد 1300 نفر تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 296 نفر انتخاب شدند که شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش شامل، پرسشنامه رهبری تحول آفرین باس و آولیو (2000) ، پرسشنامه کارآفرینی سازمانی رابینز و کولتر(1996) و پرسشنامه سبک تفکر استرنبرگ-واگنر(1998) بود. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به تأیید 10 تن از متخصصین رسید و پایایی آن‌ها در یک آزمون مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه رهبری تحول آفرین ( 80/0 )، کارآفرینی سازمانی (82/0) و سبک تفکر (74/0) محاسبه شد برای تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون آماری با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، بین سبک رهبری تحولی مدیران با سبک تفکر و هدف کارآفرینی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان سیستان و بلوچستان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، ارتباط معناداری بین سبک تفکر کارکنان با هدف کارآفرینی کارکنان وجود دارد. لذا توصیه می شود، برای ایجاد کارآفرین در کارکنان و ایجاد تفکر خلاق در آنان از سبک های نو رهبری از قبیل رهبری تحول آفرین در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استفاده گردد.
