چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل ارتباطی رهبری مخرب با اخلاق حرفه‌ای و مولفه‌های آن در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی صورت پذیرفته است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع طرح‌های همبستگی بود که به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان چهارمحال بختیاری بود که تعداد 243 نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد رهبری مخرب شائو و همکاران (2011) و اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر (2002) بود. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به تأیید 12 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آن‌ها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 94/0 و 97/0 محاسبه گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS26 و Smart PLS3 به روش معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رهبری مخرب بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد. همچنین، تأثیر رهبری مخرب به صورت غیرمستقیم بر تمامی مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی منفی بود. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان بیان نمود که تجلی رفتار مخرب رهبران باعث افول رفتار حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی خواهد شد. لذا مسئولین امر باید در انتخاب مدیران، سرپرستان مدارس و روسای ادارات آموزش و پرورش دقت لازم را در به خرج دهند.
