چکیده

انزوا از پدیده‌های شناخته‌شده در گفتمان لبة تاریک رفتار سازمانی به شمار می‌رود که دارای آثار پیدا و پنهان فراوان و موجد سربرآوردن رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار است که می‌بایست به انحاء مختلف از هویدا شدن آن استنکاف کرد. به همین سبب این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری اخلاق‌گرا بر انزوا در محیط کار با در نظر گرفتن نقش دو متغیر میانجی جو رابطه‌ای و باور به خودکارآمدی به انجام رسیده است تا به نقش احتمالی برخی از متغیرها در چارچوب مطالعات روان‌شناسی مثبت‌ پی برده شود. جامعة آماری این تحقیق، کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان ایلام به تعداد 169 نفر هستند که با توجه حجم جامعه کلیة آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد استفاده شد که قابلیت اعتبار، با روایی واگرا و همگرا و قابلیت اعتماد به سؤال‌ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و بارهای عاملی مورد تأیید واقع شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد رهبری‌ اخلاق‌گرا بر انزوا در محیط کار تأثیر معنادار و منفی و بر جو رابطه‌ای و باور به خودکارآمدی اثر معنادار و مثبت دارد. همچنین، اثر جو رابطه‌ای و باور به خودکارآمدی بر انزوا کاری، معنادار و منفی است. همچنین مشخص شد رهبری‌اخلاق‌گرا به طور مجزا از طریق دو متغیر میانجی جو رابطه‌ای و باور به خودکارآمدی بر انزوا در محیط کار اثر غیرمستقیم و منفی برجای می‌گذارد. در ادامه، این ادعا که در جامعة مورد مطالعه انزوا در محیط کار جاری و ساری است از طریق آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای آزمون شد که نتیجه حکایت جریان داشتن پدیدة مذکور در میان کارکنان دارد.
