چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیرپذیری هویت سازمانی، تعهد سازمانی و تمایل به ترک خدمت از جو اخلاقی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت، کاربردی و به لحاظ هدف از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و به لحاظ روش اجرا توصیفی_پیمایشی، از نظر محل جمعآوری دادهها میدانی-کتابخانهای، از نظر نحوه انجام پژوهش، کمی بود. جامعهی آماری پژوهش، کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجانشرقی بودند. نمونه آماری براساس جدول مورگان، 178 نفر بود که بهصورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه تعهد سازمانی آلن و مایر(1990)، تمایل ترک سازمان فلینت(2013)، جو اخلافی ویکتور و گالن (2013) و هویت سازمانی مائل و اشفورث (1992) بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تأیید 10 نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی رسید؛ و پایایی پرسشنامههای هویت سازمانی، جو اخلاق کاری و تمایل به ترک و تعهد سازمانی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0/89، 0/87، 0/92 و 0/88 بهدست آمد برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار به وسیلهی نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 24 و در بخش آمار استنباطی جهت ارزیابی روابط علی بین متغیرها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل نسخه3 استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که جو اخلاقی بر تعهد سازمانی و هویت سازمانی تاثیرگذار بوده و ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد ولی تاثیر آن بر تمایل به ترک خدمت مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. بنابراین مدیران اداره کل ورزش و جوانان باید عوامل موثر بر جو اخلاقی را شناسایی کرده تا از این طریق هویت سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی افزایش دهند و تمایل به ترک خدمت را تقلیل دهند.
