This article was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of strategic human resources management in the relationship between organizational virtue and professional ethics of employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth in Kermanshah province. The research method is a description of the type of correlation with the statistical population including all the employees of the Sports and Youth Department of Kermanshah province in the number of 238 people. for the required sample size, using the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970), the number of 144 people is by stratified random sampling method. It was selected according to gender. The data collection tools were the standard professional ethics questionnaires of Cadozier (2002), the organizational virtue questionnaire of Cameron et al. (2004) and the strategic human resource management questionnaire of Chang and Hong (2005). The findings showed that in the research sample, the assumed model of relative mediation of strategic human resources management in the relationship between organizational virtue and professional ethics of the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Kermanshah Province has a good fit with the data. In addition, the results showed that in the hypothesized model, all correlation coefficients and path coefficients of the model were statistically significant, and the mediator of strategic management of human resources of strategic human resources management in this model has a significant positive and indirect effect with an effect size of 0.144. In line with the findings, it is suggested that the existence of a model presented in sports organizations, provided that it is taken from the sports culture and the religious and religious society of the country, and also has the ability to be implemented and operationalized, can be effective in spreading ethical values and behaviors. or at least from the consequences of not following the principles Prevent morally.

the purpose of this research was to develop a model of factors affecting customers' behavior in buying sportswear from online stores. The qualitative research method was chosen with the grounded theory approach. The statistical population of the research included two parts of human resources (managers of online stores, online marketers, and expert professors in the field of digital marketing) and information sources (scientific, library, and relevant and reliable media). Sufficient number of interviewees and information sources were selected purposefully and based on reaching theoretical saturation (18 people and 25 documents). The research tool included semi-structured exploratory interviews along with a systematic library study. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the practical and scientific merit of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method (open, central and selective) was used with the foundation's data theory approach. The final conceptual framework included 59 components, 11 dimensions and 5 themes identified. Its themes and dimensions include addiction to online shopping (dimensions of addictive shopping behavior and pleasurable shopping), quality (dimensions of website quality, product quality and service quality), ease and cost-effectiveness of shopping (dimensions of ease and time saving and ease purchase), advertising (dimensions of product advertising and word-of-mouth advertising) and trust (dimensions of site credibility and sense of security). Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that the tendency of customers to buy sportswear from online stores can be influenced by individual factors, and paying attention to this issue can make sports stores more distinctive in attracting customers and consumers in the virtual space compared to other competitors

This research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for empowering managers of Iraqi sports organizations. The present research is exploratory research in terms of its purpose and a fundamental research in terms of its orientation, which has used the strategy of foundational data theory with the paradigmatic (systematic) approach of Strauss and Corbin. To collect research data, 15 in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used with sports management experts in universities and researchers in the field of career empowerment of sports organizations. Participants in the research were selected by purposeful and theoretical sampling. Analysis of the data from the interviews emerged during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The results showed the number of 26 core codes under 12 optional codes in the form of five dimensions of the paradigm model including causal conditions (communications, advertising, administrative system, training, delegation of authority, organizational strategy, economic and creating a sports business), background factors (empowerment of employees, empowerment of managers, strategic policies, strengthening infrastructure and media), intervening factors (creativity, identification of needs, socialization, communication and advertising), strategies (strengthening the organizational brand, financial support, value creation and cultural strengthening) and consequences (marketing, organizational fans, organizational management, Knowledge management, organizational intelligence, social improvement and infrastructure improvement) formed the model of empowering managers of Iraqi sports organizations. The use of this model in sports organizations can lead to the empowerment of their sports and psychological managers; Therefore, it is suggested; Management training against changes based on the fluctuations of the external environment, recognizing and applying the principles of human resource management and learning multiple management skills should be considered for managers before reaching the management position.

A B S T R A C TBackground: Today, paying attention to the needs of athletes in order to identify and solve their problems is considered as the main and effective factors in advancing the goals of a sports team. Sport in our society, especially in the women's sector, has major shortcomings and problems compared to modern sports in the world and requires deep rooting and long-term study. Therefore, considering the importance of conducting research related to the research variables on athletes and the lack of research on the needs of girls’ volleyball players of the national youth team, In the present study and in the open coding stage, 82 codes were extracted, but due to the semantic similarity and duplication of information, these codes were merged and aggregated and finally reduced to 46 codes. In the next step, called axial coding, the process of assigning code to the concepts in the data is completely unlocked and takes the form of an excerpt. In the last stage of coding, the researcher acts more selectively on the basis of these emerging components in the coding work because the main component of the theory gradually shows itself, hence the last part of the coding is called "selective". After coding the interviews, due to the large number of primary codes, secondary coding was performed and 46 open codes were obtained. Economic, educational and behavioral infrastructure, the role of the media and cultural factors. Then the comparison and grouping of central codes showed that they can be summarized in 3 selective codes of managerial factors, infrastructure and facilities and socio-cultural factors.

Using this method, the sample size was estimated to be 370 people, of which 370 questionnaires were distributed and collected among the statistical population. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The questions of this section were obtained based on the model obtained from the qualitative stage of the research. The scoring type of this questionnaire was based on the 5 Likert scale. The validity of the designed questionnaire was approved by 10 professors in the field of sports management. The questionnaire also consisted of 5 main components: causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, strategies and consequences. Also, to validate the desired model of the model, structural equation modeling of the confirmatory factor analysis approach is used. AMOS software was used for this purpose. The results showed confirmation of items and factors in the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis tests, meaning that the factor loads of items and factors were higher than 0.4.

The ever-increasing expansion of smartphones has developed the number of sports users who use these types of phones to perform sports activities. The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a behavioral model of accepting and using fitness apps in Iranian users based on a compound approach. The data of the qualitative section was collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with programmers and designers of sports programs and academic experts in the field of sports and computers and was categorized into 6 main themes and 21 sub-themes through the theme analysis approach. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire containing 28 items was prepared based on the findings of the qualitative section. The analysis of the responses of 170 users of fitness apps showed that the quality of the app, digital literacy, facilitating conditions, willingness to use the app and trust in the app have an effect on the acceptance and use of these apps. The results of the quantitative section showed that factors such as gender, age and experience of using technology can indirectly affect the willingness to use and the trust and acceptance of users. Therefore, if these things are managed properly, they can strengthen the behavior of users in accepting and using fitness apps. Finally, the behavioral model designed in this research was suitable for Iranian users of fitness apps. The results of this research can be considered as a comprehensive approach to understand the behavior of users in accepting and using fitness apps in Iran.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of managers' political behavior on the productivity of employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with the mediating role of work ethics. This research is an applied research and its purpose and a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research is made up of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, whose number in the first six months of 2017 is equal to 915 people. A simple random sampling method was used to select the members of the statistical sample. The sample size was 269 people using Morgan's table. A standard questionnaire was used to measure the variables. The data has been analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the components of managers' political behavior (political use of information, flattery, portrayal, ethical requirements, socializing with influential people and creating a support base) have a significant and negative effect on work ethics and employee productivity. Also, work ethics in the relationship between the components of the political behavior of managers apart from the components of ethical requirements and socializing with influential people has a mediating role with the productivity of employees. and work ethics played a mediating role in the relationship between the components of managers' political behavior, apart from the components of scientific ability and perceptual-emotional capability, with employee productivity. Therefore, to achieve the productivity of the employees of this ministry, the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth should deal with all the components of political behavior and work ethics with sensitivity and a scientific approach.

purpose of the current research was to designing a consumer behavior model in the digital marketing space of sports business which was carried out using the method of qualitative studies and the method of Shtrauss and Corbin. The statistical sample of the research was experts and experts in the field of sports management, who were selected by the targeted bullet and snowball method, and the sample size was also determined by considering the assumption of theoretical saturation. . A semi-structured interview was used to collect data, and the researcher reached theoretical saturation by conducting 15 interviews. The validity of the questions was confirmed step by step by experts, and the reliability of the interview questions was 92% by retest method. By analyzing the data, 450 primary codes, 56 sub-categories and 8 main categories were obtained, and the research model was designed through three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. The results showed that in sports consumer behavior in digital business marketing, effective factors include causal factors (digital marketing), contextual factors (organizational factors and psychological factors), intervening factors (technological progress and environmental factors), strategies (organizational strategy) and consequences (organizational growth and excellence) and the main category is digital consumer behavior, which covers all other categories. so digital marketing officials and managers should have a strategy-oriented and process-oriented view on digital consumer behavior, and the structure of the organization should be based on knowledge, learning, and performance.
