چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر انزوا و فراموش‌شدگی معلمان ورزش بر خستگی عاطفی سازمانی با میانجی‌گری استرس شغلی بود. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. داده‌های این تحقیق به صورت میدانی و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق معلمان ورزش مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران بودند و با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 384 نفر در نظر گرفته شد و روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت در دسترس انجام شد. در این پژوهش برای آزمون مدل و فرضیه‌های تحقیق از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرم-افزار SPSS و Smart Pls برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که انزوا و فراموش‌شدگی بر خستگی عاطفی معلمان ورزش شهر تهران تاثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین، انزوا و فراموش-شدگی بر استرس شغلی معلمان ورزش شهر تهران تاثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین، نقش میانجی استرس شغلی در رابطه انزوا و فراموش‌شدگی و خستگی عاطفی معلمان ورزش شهر تهران تاثیر مثبت دارد، بنابراین استرس شغلی در این بین نقش میانجی را ایفا کرده است. خستگی عاطفی ممکن است باعث کاهش توانایی آنها در حل مسائل و تصمیم‌گیری در مواقع دشوار شود. این امر می‌تواند به افزایش استرس شغلی و افزایش حجم کارهای ناتمام منجر شود. بنابراین، خستگی عاطفی سازمانی معلمان ورزش می‌تواند به طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم باعث افزایش استرس شغلی آنها شود.
