چکیده
پژوهش در آموزش و پرورش وسیعترین و حساسترین حوزه پژوهشی در قلمرو علوم انسانی است، لذا هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی توسعه پژوهش در تربیتبدنی وزارت آموزش و پرورش ایران بود. روش پژوهش این تحقیق به صورت آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) و مبتنی بر نظریه برخاسته از دادهها (گلیزری) بود. شرکتکنندگان بخش کیفی را 14 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاهی، متخصصین حوزه پژوهش و مسئولین وزارت آموزش و پرورش تشکیل دادند، نمونهگیری در بخش کمی با در نظر گرفتن استانهای نه گانه (هشت نقطه جغرافیایی و یک استان از مرکز) و از طرق شبکههای مجازی توزیع گردید. درنهایت بعد از توزیع و جمعآوری دادهها، تعداد 297 نمونه به مرحله تجزیه و تحلیل آماری رسید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از مدل معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار SPSS26 و PLS3 استفاده شد. طبق نتایج بخش کیفی؛ 13 مقوله فرعی و 4 مقوله اصلی به نام؛ مولفههای سازمانی؛ مولفههای ساختاری؛ مولفههای فرآیندی و مولفههای انسانی در امر توسعه پژوهش در تربیتبدنی شناسایی شدند. همچنین یافتههای بخش کمی نشان داد که بارعاملی ضرایب استاندارد تمامی مؤلفهها بیش از 4/0 بود که حاکی از وجود ارتباط معنادار بین عاملها با مفهوم کلی پژوهش داشت. همچنین مدل نهایی پژوهش از برازش لازم برخوردار بود. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که با تعیین اهداف، مراحل اجرایی، معیارهای ارزیابی، تخصیص منابع مالی، انتشار و ترویج نتایج پژوهشهای علمی، میتوان به توسعه پژوهش و تبادل دانش در این زمینه کمک کرد.
